REAL ESTATE MEDIA
1. Authorization & Access
By booking MK Visuals, the Client authorizes the photographer to access the property and capture media as requested. The Client must ensure lawful access to the property and confirm that all relevant parties (including homeowners, tenants, or occupants) are informed of and approve the scheduled shoot.
2. Copyright & Usage Rights
MK Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all photography, videography, drone footage, floor plans, and related media produced. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable usage license solely for marketing the specific property listing during its initial sale or lease campaign. Media may not be transferred, sold, or provided to third parties (including builders, designers, developers, or future agents) without prior written consent from MK Visuals and applicable licensing fees.
3. Property Readiness
The property must be fully prepared and camera-ready prior to the scheduled appointment. MK Visuals maintains premium visual standards and does not provide cleaning, staging, decluttering, or furniture rearrangement services unless separately arranged. If the property is not adequately prepared upon arrival, MK Visuals reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or proceed at its discretion, with a rescheduling fee potentially applied.
4. Delivery, Turnaround & Payment
Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is within 24 hours, with completed media typically delivered by the next business day via digital gallery. Delivery Method: Final edited files are supplied electronically through an online download gallery. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the release of high-resolution, watermark-free files unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late Payments: Invoices overdue by more than 7 days may incur additional late fees or interest charges.
5. Cancellation,Rescheduling & Weather
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 25% booking fee. Drone, twilight, and exterior photography services are subject to weather conditions, lighting quality, and CASA safety regulations. MK Visuals reserves the right to reschedule these components where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable to maintain quality standards.
6. Liability
MK Visuals takes reasonable care in producing and delivering professional media services but shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather delays, access restrictions, property condition, or technical failures outside reasonable management.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Booking any MK Visuals service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
